Bicycle Rodeo - The Spotsylvania YMCA and the Fredericksburg Cyclists will be co-hosting a bicycle rodeo to promote and teach bicycle safety as a fun, hands-on activity.  The bike rodeo will include instruction in bicycle safety, bicycle inspections, marking bikes to prevent theft.
